Coach Lexi

Owner & CEO

Coach Lexi grew up in the world of sports. Her father was a varsity basketball coach throughout her entire childhood, which meant that she spent countless hours outside of school immersed in the environment of a gym. From a young age, she played a variety of sports, engaging in everything from sideline cheer to basketball, until high school, where she ultimately made a commitment to focus on basketball and softball. Her journey into the realm of Allstar cheer began when her sister joined a very small team that actually trained in a barn. Remarkably, that team rapidly expanded into multiple teams and into a beautiful gym featuring several full floors. Lexi's love for the sport truly flourished as she watched those dedicated athletes work hard and achieve remarkable success, even with numerous challenges in their path. At that moment, it became her dream to open a gym of her own someday.

Now, as a proud mother of seven children, all of whom participate in various sports—with four of them involved in Allstar cheer—she channels her passion into everything she does. Her wonderful husband, Tyler, who pursued his dream of becoming a dentist and is establishing his own practices, has been an unwavering source of support for Lexi’s aspirations. Originally born and raised in the state of Illinois, Lexi made the move to Florida three years ago. After exploring several gyms for her kids, she quickly discovered that the atmospheres did not align with her vision for a nurturing and supportive environment. With a large family of her own, she is committed to fostering the same warm family atmosphere at Precision, where everyone should feel welcomed and safe in their pursuit of excellence.

Coach Jerry

Cheer Director & Coach

Coach Jerry has been in the competitive cheerleading industry for over 35 years and has coached in this area for over 25 years. He started in this sport as a Lake Weir High School cheerleader, being the very first male high school cheerleader in Marion County, Florida. This also led to him receiving a full ride scholarship to cheer in college. He then continued his cheerleading journey at the College of Central Florida, Florida Atlantic University and Northeast Louisiana University. This led him to becoming a Cheer & Tumble instructor for many known companies such as the Universal Cheerleading Association-UCA, National Cheerleading Association-NCA, The Cheer Authority-TCA & Professional Cheer Instruction-PCI.

His deep and unwavering love for the dynamic sport of cheerleading then led him to take the significant step of opening his very own Allstar Cheerleading companies, both here and in Puerto Rico. Coach Jerry was even on the ground floor when UCA decided to start certifying cheer coaches through the United States All Star Federation (USASF) credentialing program, at which time he actively assisted with the implementation as well. Over the years, he has coached many high schools in this area, as well as numerous colleges and universities. As a certified judge, he possesses the extensive knowledge and insight that is essential for any cheer program to achieve lasting success.

Coach Jerry’s true passion is TUMBLING, a discipline he has dedicated countless hours to mastering. He has trained extensively with some of the best and most respected instructors in the tumbling industry, gaining invaluable insights and techniques along the way. Now, he is excited to share this wealth of knowledge with all of us here at Precision Elite Athletics. Additionally, he is a retired law enforcement officer who has proudly served this community for over 15 years, which includes eight years spent working in our schools as a dedicated school resource deputy. His diverse background brings a plethora of knowledge and invaluable life experience to our program, and we are all genuinely thrilled that he has joined our family. Interestingly, he met his wife of 25 years through this amazing sport, and even now, he finds joy in coaching his granddaughters, making this full-circle experience a true blessing for him and his loved ones.

Coach Jerry’s Motto: “Any person can yell and INSTRUCT. but only a true coach can MOTIVATE!”

Coach Kenzie

Hi! I’m Coach Kenzie, and I am truly excited to be a part of the wonderful Precision family! I have been coaching competitive cheerleading and tumbling for 7 years, which has been an incredible journey. I participated in competitive cheerleading myself and also engaged in sideline cheer at Flagler Palm Coast High School. One of my absolute favorite aspects of coaching is witnessing the growth of my cheerleaders as athletes, while also building meaningful relationships with them, and eagerly watching them take the mat at competitions! Outside of my role as a cheerleading coach, I work as a full-time preschool teacher, nurturing and teaching enthusiastic 3-year-olds at Suncoast Community School in Bunnell. Additionally, I am a full-time college student, and I recently completed my Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I am looking forward to starting my Bachelor’s in Educational Leadership this coming fall, as I continue my educational journey.

“I truly love working with children and guiding them to become better people through teaching and coaching. My biggest goal this season is helping my athletes gain confidence, promote friendship and positive culture within my teams and build a high scoring routine together. I can’t wait for the upcoming season!”

Coach Skylynn

Hello! I'm Coach Skylynn! I’m 26 years old and a proud mother of three wonderful babies who are currently ages 3, 4, and 5. My journey in cheerleading started when I was just 10 years old, and I had the honor of cheering for Matanzas High School during all four years of my time there. For the past four years, I have been coaching young athletes, guiding them through their development. I have had the privilege of coaching individuals ranging in age from 4 to 14 years old. My primary goal each season is to help these athletes build their confidence and foster a strong belief in themselves as they progress in their skills.

Creating a close-knit family environment and forming strong relationships with both families and athletes is a crucial aim of mine every season. I truly believe that if we can establish trust among one another, there is nothing we cannot achieve together. While winning is always a rewarding aspect of competition, what truly matters to me is that we continue to improve, learn, and grow with each practice and every competition we participate in.

“If your mind can believe it, your body can achieve it!”
